Gratitude and Weight Loss…….. We are familiar with both terms, separately. What do they mean together? Gratitude is the emotional feeling of appreciation and love for things, people and experiences. Weight loss is typically the physiological feeling of hunger and deprivation and psychologically it can be the equivalent to our own personal torture.
